Ecuador Travel

Great news.  I've decided I'm definitely going to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands in January.  I'd like to suggest that we find out who among this group is definitely or probably going.  We could then meet and/or talk about timetable and the pros and cons of meeting up for some activities.

YEAH!!!  Glad you made the leap!  What dates are you going? 

I totally agree - I'd like to know who is going and have a gathering to discuss interests/coordination.  I'm planning on going but haven't set my dates.

Hi all, so sorry to have disconnected, tied up very long days with publisher! It all wraps up in 10 days...nice to see some have committed to January travel. Buon voyage to all who make the trip!!

I won't be able to go in January. My employer, a government contractor that employs at least 100,000 people, made 2,700  of us alluse vacation time during the government shutdown, so I can't spare leave to go. I had planned to come to the meetings, anyway, to learn about Ecquador and to learn general tips about traveling, but I've had to miss most of them. Perhaps I'll get in on the next trip, if there's another one.

 

Thanks for organizing all of it, Kathie. Very good idea.
