June 7th 2005 I felt the first symptoms of TM by June 14th I had
lost feeling and control of everything from my chest down. Since then
I've gotten a great deal back . I have what's called the "You don't
look sick." type of TM. I may be able to walk around but that doesn't
mean I'm well by a long shot. I could list the symptoms, but if you
are reading this you already know them.
About three weeks ago I was offered a chance to sample some Diet
pills. I didn't accept at first I needed to know more about them. I
wanted to know what was in them and how they would affect me. The most
important two things to me were, are they natural and would they do
the job without making me feel bad. I checked out the ingredients on
line then got a free sample.
The person who sent the sample stayed in touch with me on the
phone making sure everything was done properly and to see how I felt.
It was late in the evening before I noticed a difference. I noticed
first that I hadn't eaten as much but some how I had more energy. I
had gotten more things done during the day than usual. Then it hit me
I had not gone through the mid afternoon depression I normally dealt
with. I actually felt good. I had not felt good in over a year and a
half. I could smile and it was easy to do. The only real change was
the pills.
Since then I have begun to notice other changes. It is as though
everything seems to just work better. I have super sensitive skin that
burns with both temp changes and touch. Cold is my number one enemy.
>From the stomach down feels sun burnt most of the time. About a week
after using the diet products I discovered something was different.
The sting in the burn was gone. I still hurt but it was a lot less.
Not as intense as it had been. I didn't jump when some one wrapped a
hand around my waist. I still react to cold but some how I feel
better.
More recently I began to realize a change in my bladder and bowel
problems. My bowels have begun to move more regularly and are softer
than before.
I have more control of my bladder now than I did before. Until
recently I needed to wear a catheter to sleep at night. The Docs had
tried meds to fix the problem but they failed. I would put out about
2000cc of fluid in the 10 hours I slept every night. I also had lost
control of leakage during the day. Any time I needed to go I had
seconds to get to a bathroom, I need an in and out cath to finish. In
this last week not only can I sleep without the catheter but I am
gaining more control of the leakage. The easiest way to explain this
is that I feel I have more control and feeling in my muscles inside
that control the flow. They react when I want them to contract now. I
also feel they may be staying open longer to release fluid so
hopefully one day I may be able to give up the in & out catheter.
Did I mention I lost weight as well. I expected to lose a few
pounds but I could never have guessed in a million years that I could
feel so much better by just taking a couple of pills and one shake a
day.
I don't think it's fair that any one have to endure the things
we go through every day.
