Job title: Sr. Project Manager (e-Commerce)
Location: Shoreview, MN
Duration: 6-9 Month Contract to hire (C2H)

Experience-Education (Required):
Experience leading project efforts involving online and eCommerce platform technologies, as well as working with multi-vendor system integrations and multi-vendor applications.
10+ years of experience leading increasingly complex projects including custom, package, Software as a Service (SaaS) or any combination of these.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Experience motivating large cross-functional teams and the ability to interact effectively with any level of management up to the executive level.
Experience in project management methodologies and tools, project planning and design, systems development life cycle, estimating, project tracking, resource management, change management, risk management, coaching, negotiating, influencing, defining organizational structure, budget and financial planning and tracking.

Business focused leadership with ability to turn business vision, capability needs, and business requirements into IT deliverables
Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively and partner with business and IT leadership, employees, vendors
Demonstrated ability to influence across many levels of an organization, from CIO to non-exempt staff
This person must have strong process analysis and systematic thinking skills and the ability to consistently deliver targeted business outcomes.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications-Skills:
Solid understanding of the technical aspects of online applications, web development and eCommerce
Wide breadth of experience and knowledge with ecommerce platforms and understanding of PMI
5+ years of supporting complex client business capability needs, requirements assessment and solution development
High degree of ‘learning agility’ with the ability to readily consume and apply new information and concepts with developed analytical problem-solving skills
3+ years of experience leading/managing direct (or indirect employees in a matrixed organization)
Strong knowledge with 5 years’ experience in IT process management
Proven knowledge and discipline around project budget planning, estimation and execution
Strong decision-making skills
Excellent presentation skills including the ability to translate technical information into business terms
Technology competence with reasonable credibility to technical staff
Proven success in business process/organizational change implementation
Experience with SaaS, Digital Enablement.
