Job title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

 

PROJECT:

Pathway Project: Pathway is the mission critical integrated care management application for Complex Care Mgmt.  It will deliver an improved user experience to approximately 2000 clinical and corporate users enabling comprehensive medical mgmt. and clinical documentation, integrated outreach, practice and revenue cycle mgmt. to improve efficiency and effectiveness through increased quality, accuracy, and completeness of data and information.

 

SKILLS NEEDED:

 Strong SF experience and someone who can be an export on SF to the team

 Strong experience with APEX language, HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript

 Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns

 Worked on Agile methodology

 Experience with Eclipse IDE or another IDE

 At least familiar with one of the UI Frameworks - AngularJS, ReactJS, VueJS, etc.

 Good knowledge of web development

 Good knowledge of test driven deployments

 Good problem solving and communication skills

 Leadership experience, not just someone who is a heads down developer

 

Day to day responsibility:

 Develop user stories from Rally in APEX language

 Attend Scrums and contribute to the team

 Guide and suggest other team members on best practices / approaches

 Participate in code reviews and design sessions

 Act as SF expert for the team

 

Team Size: Dev 20, QA – 10
