A Repair Café is a FREE gathering in which volunteers repair household electrical and mechanical devices, jewelry, computers, bicycles, musical instruments, toys, clothing, etc. It is organized by and for local community members. Its objectives are to reduce waste, to maintain repair skills and to strengthen social cohesion.

The event is FREE and open to the public. There may be nominal costs for some parts to repair your items and donations are welcome! Donate online here: http://bit.ly/RepairCafeDonation

Visit our bake sale and pop-up yard sale, with 100% of proceeds benefitting field trips and other enrichment activities for Park Side & Brook Haven students.

Please note that there is a 30-minute limit on how long repairs can take. If the repair is too complicated to be done during the Repair Café, our repairers will try to offer advice on how you can proceed to get your item back into working order.
