The sections of the festival are the same: music, theatre and
multimedia:
A. Music- rendition contest-soloist
In order to apply for this section you have to send a demo (length of
time: maximum 2 minutes) of the song you plan to perform at the
contest, together with the application form, at:

The categories for the musical contest are:
voice (part): musical genres accepted: pop, rock. Only one song
(length of time: maximum 5 minutes) will be performed at the contest.
Bands can also participate, but only the singer (vocalist) of the band
will be evaluated by the jury.
instrumental: musical genres accepted: classical, jazz. You
will participate with a fragment of maximum 7 minutes length of time.
B. Theatre- best show contest
The jury will evaluate: the actors' performance, the stage management,
the scenography, the choreography. The play's length of time: maximum
25 minutes. In order to apply for this section you have to send a
short presentation of the play you will perform, together with the
application form, at: joyartf...@gmail.com.
C. Multimedia- creation contest:
1. Film-short film script contest (length of time: maximum 7 minutes).
In order to apply for this section you have to send a short
presentation of the film, together with the application form, at:
joyartf...@gmail.com.
2. Advertising video- advertising creation contest. In order to apply
you have to send an advertising video (length of time: maximum 1
minute) for a campaign about the utilization of condoms (without
mentioning a brand), together with the application form, at:
joyartf...@gmail.com.
3. Photography- digital graphic contest. In order to apply you have to
send a set of photographs in a presentation of maximum 3 minutes
length of time (.PPS or .PPT format) on any theme you want, together
with the application form at joyartf...@gmail.com. Only the
selected ones will have to send the soundtrack of the presentation.
The age range for participants is: 18-30 years. The contests DO NOT
apply for those working in the specified fields (music, advertising
etc.)
The contest starts on 16th and will run thru 18th of November 2007, in
Brasov- Romania.
We can not reimburse your traveling costs, but we can assure the
accommodation and meals during the festival.
There is no participation fee for people who are coming from others
countries.
If you want to participate at the Multimedia Section, you can just
send the materials without physically coming in Romania - if you don't
have time or money for that.
