New colors for the UI

Hi,
I thought the old black menus and forms were a bit on the heavy side, so
I tried out some new colors for Tracks. I found a shade of blue which I
thought looked nice and a bit lighter & more modern.
I made a pull request of the changes along with some comparison images.
