Job description

We’re a growing creative production studio based in the Greater Baltimore area, specializing in video production, photography, drone videography, graphic design, and full marketing campaigns for our clients.

We’re looking for a motivated Production Assistant to join our team on a freelance/per-project basis (with strong potential to grow into part-time or full-time work as we scale).

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist on video and photo shoots (on-set and in-studio)
  • Handle basic production admin tasks: footage backups, taking notes, prepping scripts/call sheets, and organizing files
  • Help load, unload, and prep camera, lighting, audio, and drone gear
  • Perform basic editing tasks (training provided)
  • Support the team with whatever is needed to keep productions running smoothly
  • Occasional out-of-state travel for shoots may be required

We will train you on all aspects of production and creative work. You’ll get hands-on experience and the opportunity to try filming, editing, and other creative tasks as your skills develop

Requirements:

  • Must be 18+
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in video, film, design, or marketing
  • Comfortable with occasional late nights, multiple-day shoots, and deadline-driven work

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Basic knowledge or experience in any creative field (video, photography, editing, graphic design, etc.)
  • Experience working under deadlines

What We Offer:

  • $18+ per hour
  • Meals provided on shoot days + reimbursement for other approved expenses
  • Real hands-on training and growth opportunities in a fun, professional, and positive environment
  • Chance to be part of a growing creative studio and help us scale

This is a great opportunity for college students, recent graduates, or anyone new to the industry who is passionate, reliable, and eager to learn.

How to Apply:

Send your resume (and portfolio if you have one) to lordnervis...@gmail.com.

Please include your availability and a short note about why you’re interested in working with us.

We review applications on a rolling basis and will respond to promising candidates quickly.
