Job description

We’re a growing creative production studio based in the Greater Baltimore area, specializing in video production, photography, drone videography, graphic design, and full marketing campaigns for our clients.

We’re looking for a motivated Production Assistant to join our team on a freelance/per-project basis (with strong potential to grow into part-time or full-time work as we scale).

What You’ll Do:

Assist on video and photo shoots (on-set and in-studio)
Handle basic production admin tasks: footage backups, taking notes, prepping scripts/call sheets, and organizing files
Help load, unload, and prep camera, lighting, audio, and drone gear
Perform basic editing tasks (training provided)
Support the team with whatever is needed to keep productions running smoothly
Occasional out-of-state travel for shoots may be required

We will train you on all aspects of production and creative work. You’ll get hands-on experience and the opportunity to try filming, editing, and other creative tasks as your skills develop

Requirements:

Must be 18+
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Genuine interest in pursuing a career in video, film, design, or marketing
Comfortable with occasional late nights, multiple-day shoots, and deadline-driven work

Nice to have (but not required):

Basic knowledge or experience in any creative field (video, photography, editing, graphic design, etc.)
Experience working under deadlines

What We Offer:

$18+ per hour
