PAID: Performance at Brightview Senior Living - Aug 30th

PAID Opportunity:
Taping a program being presented on August 30th at 2pm at Brightview Senior Living in Timonium. Here's an overview of what I'd need:
Camera operator with a couple of multi-directional mics.
The coverage I would need is to record six people at side-by-side two tables facing the audience.The program lasts around an hour. Only 30 minutes (+/-) will be taped. I would pay $50hr with the expectation at it would be arrival at 1 o'clock for set-up, 1 hr. record, and 1hr strike. The program consists of two 10+/- minutes, depending on the performers' reading.
If your facilities have the capabilities and interest, I will need anywhere from 15 to (potentially) 50 or more labeled copies. I will, of course, pay for the device on which you record. Depending on your team's interest there are further funds to be for recording copies.
Additionally, I will want 15 copies of the program. As the population here is older, the types of playback devices could vary. And I'll want the program posted on YouTube.
Finally, family members have already asked about getting copies of the "show." If your department can, and wants to, provide the copies at a cost you choose, you are welcome to be the provider.
