Hey there Toronto Area Photobloggers,

There's Flickr group up for this Saturday's Jane's Walk:

http://www.flickr.com/groups/janeswalk/

Please join the group and add your Jane's Walk flickr pics there.

I'm also leading a walk titled "Retracing Stop Spadina"

Beginning at Noon in front of the Eglinton West Subway Station,
details here:

http://JaneJacobs.TYO.ca/2007/04/17/janes-walk-retracing-stop-spadina/

You're all invited, I'll have a limited number of handouts all about
the Spadina Expressway with maps and photographs and neighbourhood
histories.

Following up on MattB's earlier email, Yvonne from CSI asked me to
recruit some photographers to archive all the walks:

The Centre for Social Innovation hopes to compile a photo archive of
these walking tours this Saturday May 5th. and would love your help to
document them.

These photos will start off our photo archive of Jane's Walk and may
also become a part of the exhibition that they are planning.

Please let me or Yvonne at CSI know if you are available and check the
Jane's Walk website to let us know which one or two tours you'd want
to cover (they are at different times of day so if you have the time
would be great to have you cover several...).

Also, it would be fantastic if you could forward this note out to
anyone else you think might be into it - asap obviously since May 5th
is only a few days away!!

Thanks,

Yvonne at CSI

Himy,
Thank you for the conducting the Jane Jacob walk yesterday, I am amazed at
your level of Knowledge of our city's history for a person your age,
INevertheless it was an extremly wonderful walk despite the hot sun and I
certainly learned a lot. Please keep me informed of any activities you will
be involved in during the summer and I would be happy to lent my support in
whatever way. I have posted the pics on flickr.

Again Thanks.
Terrence.
