We have a 1350 sqft office space in Liberty Village (Toronto).
Currently occupied by three software developers.
The unit features very fast Net, air conditioning, heating, storage
space, 24-hour access, security system, well-equipped kitchen, and a
shower. Beer in the fridge, too. We're above a climbing gym.
The unit is open concept, two floors. There is no private meeting
space or shared amenities other than those above.
We're a quiet working space suitable for freelancers who need to get
out of the home office to concentrate.
Rent is $350 per month, includes all except phone. If you have your
own desk, great, otherwise there is one that can be rented monthly.
