Wrap up of last week, and tomorrow's ride

Morning all,
Re: the juniors we took to Adelaide, for the Australian national
mountainbike championships. We (that is Will, Luke, Niki Fisher and I) all
raced in the team relay, one lap each, for the Forrest MTB club, and while
we were giving a little away....ie, our U/19 rider was 13, our ELITE male
was 14, and our 30+ master was actually 50+, we did ourselves proud, placing
4th. (the Atherton juniors were 'seconded' to the Forrest club, just for
the day).

The following day, Will placed 10th in the u/17s, I placed 4th in the
super-masters and a very happy Luke took home 2nd place in the u/15s. Niki
raced in the elite women on Friday and placed 8th. Good results for all.

I'll be riding the Yarra Boulevard tomorrow morning, meet near the bridge on
the Yarra Blvd, underneath Studley Park Rd, at 6.00am. Ride until we get to
a coffee shop in Fitzroy about 7.30.

Hi David,   Probably won't make the 6 am ride (too early for me) but assume the dinner is on tomorrow night at 7 pm?   I've done a few big rides lately - Balwyn/Mt Dandenong/SkyHigh return (75 kms), Lilydale/Warburton/CementCk return (92 kms) and Warby/Cambarville/Marysville/Acheronway/Warby loop(106 kms - OK I walked a little up near the top....) Didn't make the ride this morning only back last night from Bright after the big 'Bright Boot Camp' ride week end, Buffalo , Falls, Hotham and Ovens/Kiwa vally Toowanga B Gap ride to finish.

I hope I am excused 420k for the four days so I slept in this morning.
