Wednesday, 16 March 2011 Hello Dave,
Thanks for the enjoyable ride this morning, it's good to have a ride at a pace that allows me to still function when I get back home.
OK thumbs up for Brunetti's in Fitzroy the corneto and coffee were good but next time I'll try the latte.
Cadel happy to get the win but Robert Gesink looking very dangerous too and he is young.
Some how the BMC colours didn't quit match up with the Maglia Azzura.
After your enlightenment regarding traveling speed I rode home very slowly and attentively and
encountered three cars entering from my left that were so far out into the road waiting to turn right
I had to ride around behind them to avoid crossing the tram lines.
I hope to get there at 6.30 or 6.00 would be better next week.
Cheers Wes.
P.S. And I thought that PIP stood for Phillipa !

Yes, Cadel rode well, the best in the race, in fact.
AND Gesink, I have been watching him for awhile, he nearly won Paris-Nice about
5 years ago….choked in La Vuelta in 2009, was on the podium for most of
the race…he is still young and will win big races yet.
Phillip=Phillipa=Pip
But you unknowingly picked it anyway,
abiento,
David.
