*Money off The Burglar's Dog*
If you're going to be doing some Christmas shopping in Newcastle upon
Tyne and The Burglar's Dog is on your list (which it most certainly
should be) you can get a quid off at Blackwell's bookshop. Just print
and cut out the voucher from our blog and present in to Blackwell's on
Percy Street at Newcastle's Haymarket before 31st December 2007 to
receive £1 off the cover price. The voucher was originally printed in
the Newcastle University student newspaper, but you don't need to be a
penniless student to take advantage!

*Search Inside! Tonto books*
As several of our titles are now featured in Amazon's Search Inside!
programme, we've added links to our website. So now you can browse,
sample and (obviously) search before you buy! Hope this is a useful
addition to our site.

*Christmas book signings*
Roger Stutter is currently busy with a host of signings for his book
Jonny Kennedy: The Story of the Boy Whose Skin Fell Off. He will be
at:
Borders, Silverlink, Newcastle, this Saturday 8 December, 12noon-2pm
Borders, Leeds, Saturday 15 December, 12noon-2pm
Borders, Birstall, Saturday 15 December, 4pm-6pm
More signings are being set up all of the time, so keep checking our
website and blog for more details. Roger will also be playing Santa
Claus on Newcastle's Northumberland Street from the 16th to the 18th
of December in aid of the Jonny Kennedy North East charity.

*Christmas book shopping*
If you prefer to do battle on the high street rather than do your
Christmas shopping online, here's a quick guide to where you can find
our books. Jonny Kennedy and The Rocketbelt Caper are on the shelves
of every Borders and most Waterstone's stores around the UK. Some
branches, such as Waterstone's Piccadilly, have them front of store,
while others will have them hidden away. If you can't see them, do
ask. The Burglar's Dog is available from just about every bookshop on
Tyneside, and is usually front of shop. All three titles are available
in every Asda store in the North East. If they don't have them on the
shelves please badger a 'colleague' (even if you don't want to buy
one!). And every one of our books can be ordered by any bookshop in
the country.

*Heads-up for North East novelists*
Are you a new novelist based in the North East of England? We'll be
announcing an exciting new project at the beginning of January, so get
sharpening that manuscript and watch our website and the next
newsletter for full details.

Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Best wishes

Paul & Stu
