Asalamo Alykum,
I cannot comment objectively upon Shoaib-Sania issue because I do not know the truth of the matter. All I can say is that Shoaib has a right to marry Sania even if he has married Ayesha.
However, what is sad is that some political parties and even children have the heart to take out rallies for Shoaib-Sania wedding, but not for Aafia, Missing Persons and Drone Attacks, in which humans and hearths are being raped and destroyed.
Rest assured, Allah SWT will not ask us whether Shoaib and Sania got married or not, but He will definitely ask us about other issues.
