Bug report: TW creates an empty tiddler based on another tiddler's title

hiya,

when a tiddler (say tiddlerA) has a colon in the title (":") TW will
continually recreate a second tiddler (tiddlerB) using the characters
upto (but excluding) the colon.

e.g.:
TiddlerA = [[@OPCO: some more narrative]]

results in a tiddler
tiddlerB = [[@OPCO]]

the "@" in this example is not material.

If you delete the tiddlerB TW will restore it whenever it processes/
reads tiddlerA.

environment:
------------------
TW version: 2.1.3
Firefox 2.0.0.1
Windows XP pro with service pack 2

The colon is one of the characters that can't be included in a tiddler
title, which of course should be enforced somehow. I've updated this
ticket to cover the problem:
