Using the TW I tried to underline a word in mayus like this:
__DOS__ or __WHATYOUWANT__
and it makes strange things, like show the lates __ and ignoring the
rest of the underline orders. I tried different modes and making
__//DOS//__ or ==DOS==
all went OK.

The same code is used to handle double underscores for underlining as
double equalsigns for strikethrough. However, ==JEREMY== works file
while __JEREMY__ doesn't. Hmmmm I'll have to study this.

I wonder if this might be because you count the underline character as
a lowercase letter?
Just an idea, I haven't looked into it at all.
