Extending createTiddlyDropDown

I just have a simple request for some additions to the createTiddlyDropDown. You can see them here: http://checkettsweb.com/tw/beta.html

1) Add a param so a default option can be defined

2) Return the select object in the function so you can alter it if need be.

This is allowing for some exciting things! I'm loving this meta stuff.
