tagging filter

Hello

If I have a tiddler tagged with "tomato" and "cucumber"  i believe including the the following in it will list tiddlers taged with either "tomato" or "cucumber".

<<list-links "[{!!title}tags[]tagging[]]">>

if there any way to construct a filter that will list only tiddler that are tagged with both? ideally a filter that works for the generic case where i could have an arbitray number of tags that i want to match in the containing tiddler.
