Are there any plugins, etc. to support typeahead in a TW? I can think
of two cases where it would be useful:

1. tags
When I'm typing a tag, it could auto-complete the tag name
2. links
When I'm typing a link, it could auto-complete to the name of an
existing tiddler.
Doable? Done?
