I am not sure what happened to my TiddlyWiki pages. I think I closed
IE which is displaying (maybe editing) my wiki pages. Then I use "IE
history" to reload my wiki pages and found they could not be
displayed. I tried to open other pages inside my wiki directory. I
found they were deleted after IE tried to open them. I went to the
menu of IE and selected "File" to open wiki pages. This removed all
files in my wiki directory. I wonder whether anyone saw the similar
problem. I lost three-week work because I didn't do backup. Hopefully
our TiddlyWiki developers could look at this problem and provide some
solutions. Otherwise, other users may lost their pages.

Has some people who suggest how to recover the files. Try reading it
for more info.
