I've been using FF3 with TW for a week or two. I have found that FF3
prompts you for permission for the TW to write to the local disc (like
FF2) and offers to remember the setting, but often forgets anyway.
This might be a release candidate "feature" but I'd guess it won't have
changed by release day. I have found the FirefoxPrivilegesPlugin
(http://firefoxprivileges.tiddlyspot.com/ itself in beta) useful in this
regard (lets you set permissions on a per file basis).
I've also struck the problems with the import browse described by Eric.
FF3 seems to be faster with large TW instances.
