newTiddler - Silent tiddler creation

Is their a way to have a tiddler created silently? IE - Enter info at
prompt and tiddler creates, saves, and closes

Sort of - you would probably want to extend the onClickNewTiddler
function to skip the displayTiddler and focusTiddler steps depending on
a certain macro parameter.
