A pair of Opti's on New Year's Day

Hey guys! My wife and I bought each other 2 Opti 600t's for Christmas
and took a couple of photos on our New Year's Day ride. How do I
include attach those for you to view?

Use your e-mail client to send your pictures as attachments. Or you can add
attachments through the website. Look for options (I think) on the send
page.

I don't see a way to attach anything on the send page, and I'm not
sure how to use Outlook Express to post this another way. If you can
walk me through it, to qoute the boss in Office Space, "that would be
great...."

The way that I send photos on this forum is:
First, I prepare an email to the group, tidal...@googlegroups.com.
Then I get the image I want to my desktop and then hit the paper clip icon
on the toolbar on the email.
It will bring up a menu.
Click on desktop in the menu and find the photo.
Click on it to insert it onto your email as an attachment. (see mine).
You can send up to 5 MB now.
Maybe others have a better way of doing this, if so, I am open to knowing
their method.

The photo was taken last spring.
Since then I've modified the rear end to better hide the battery.
I'll post a photo of the new and improved trike as soon as the snow goes
away so I can get to it.

P.S. This must have been the calm before the storm, Tracy.
California's been getting some very nasty weather from what I hear,
and the Bay area yesterday got socked with extremely high winds--I'm
reading gusts to 160 mph in some areas--along with heavy rain, and a
ton of snow in the Sierra Nevadas. I'm guessing John's buried today in
the white stuff today.

Thanks, everyone! Really enjoying the Opti's. As you can see from my
pic, I'm a big guy, and I've done a 9 mile R/T to my teaching studio
in my quite hilly area. The power of this bike is amazing. I can't
imagine what the 800 watt model will be like!
The feeling of solidity and safety in traffic is tremendous, and those
dual halogens at night are perfectly suited to the cruising speed of
the bike (For me, about 27mph on the flat).

What are all the neat looking extras mounted on your Opti handlebars?

Yes, cupholders! and with those fox downhill shocks, I don't spill a
drop! Really well made by a company called Soma. Ordered through
Amazon. Fits Starbucks perfectly!
The horns we have are amazing. They're weather proof and sound like a
lound police whistle. It's the Mega Horn from NYCEwheels.com. Cuts
through traffic sounds. Love it.
Another gadget on the bars is the little PDA holders from Topeak. I
keep cellphone and bus. cards in there.
The last gadget that you don't see on the bars in that shot is for
night riding, just in case I need to stop and make an adjustment, or
am taking a shortcut through the canyon with coyotes. The Surefire G2
LED tactical flashlight. 12 hours at 80 lumens, 4 oz. Stick it in my
mouth and I have a spotlight to protect against a mountain lion who
might get some fancy idea about a nice, juicy musician or his lovely
sidekick.
