I'm not getting new emails for my yahoo accounts

I'm using
Windows 7 64 bit.
Thunderbird 17.0.7
Webmail 1.5.1
Webmail Yahoo 1.5.8

I'd don't get any error messages when checking for new mail. I just noticed that I wasn't gettting new emails.

I don't see any other posts about an issue like this so I assume it's something in my settings.
