No Second Round of BGAs

Some of you may have noticed that the date for the second round of
BGAs slipped. Given that some authors still working on BGAs and the
current late date with regard to the finale, there will not be a
second round of BGAs before the finale.

Addendums:

The current round of BGAs is still open. If you missed the last
deadline, you can still enter BGAs.

If you absolutely feel you need more BGAs, feel free to enter the
"second round" BGAs as 0-point BGAs and say in the text how many
points you're spending. However, please do not do this unless you
think it is 100% vital for the finale, as given the current BGA
backlog and the various personal circumstances that lead to it, we
can't guarantee a response, though they will certainly be looked at
and integrated into the finale if possible.

Also, if it's only one thing, consider mentioning it in the final
survey instead. (See next email.)

We deeply apologize for our inability to do a full second round like
we originally planned.
