For those of you who are new, the Grid shows what is happening when on
a purely Out of Character basis. (We do not speak of the time the Grid
almost went In Character.) Different people may be involved in
different scenarios at the same time, and the Grid shows who is in
what scenario at a given time. This is what allows us to pack a LOT of
variety into a single weekend.

For cast, it also shows WHO you are playing at a given time. There may
be some last-minute swizzling and tweaks, but at this point it's
stable enough that we can let people see it. Some of you may have
already seen it as authors released scene info, but you people aren't
special anymore now that everyone knows how to get to it. :)

** IMPORTANT WARNING: As mentioned above, the Grid is subject to
change. If you are cast, if there is a scene linked to the Grid, you
can (and should) read it and get some idea for costume hints and/or
what you'll be doing. When in doubt, where "cast blacks" (a simple
all-black outfit).

If you have any *technical* problems with the Grid (can't access
it,etc.), email threads-te...@threadsofdamocles.org and if you
have any problems with its CONTENT (your details are wrong, you're not
on it, etc.) email in...@threadsofdamocles.org ... Please do NOT email
the info address with technical "Google is naughty" issues. Onlyt
hreads-te...@threadsofdamocles.org has the newspaper for
batting Google (or your browser) on the nose.
