So, I've looked over the prospective dates for Threads and here's what I've come up with.... Most weekends have four or more core respondents unavailable, according to the survey I sent out.

There were two weekends where we will only lose one person, and one that nobody marked.  However, I suspect that the weekend in question is bad, as it is Mother's Day weekend.  The other two weekends we will lose Mike Young, but nobody else.

Of these, 13 April needs to go to the Tea.  It's the date we can get Stephanie for food service and we can't really produce the Tea without Stephanie.  We can and have produced Threads without her.  We have household obligations revolving around the Tea this year and can't really not produce it, or punt it far down the line into the year.

The alternative is pitching for a date much further along in the year. June or July at least, maybe August, Sept, Oct, depending on what we find.  The problem with that is that we lose momentum for the finale.

In general we feel like 20 April is probably the best date, but it's largely up to you folks.

I wanted to pass this by the writer's list before 'making it so' on threads official.
