Certification in Siebel Administration 7.x, 3 -5 years experience with Siebel

Server Installation / administration / analytics

Assignment Description / Responsibilities:*

Daily hardware and or software maintenance

Troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity problems

Monitoring/maintaining/administering system security [hardware, OS, etc]

Monitoring and reporting of system performance, utilization, uptime, security, etc.

Tuning (continually) the system for maximum performance

Develop/maintain & test appropriate disaster recovery plans

Creating / terminating user accounts

Monitoring / responding to system requests

Resolving systems issues escalated by internal helpdesk

Assist and support developers to resolve problems on supported platforms

Assisting developers & determining upgrade and /or system requirements to support new

applications

Maintain current system(s) documentation / drawings
