Lets see if we can stir up some posts. Here is one of my favorite Thelemic
documents... Liber Oz. Anyone else?

to draw, paint, carve, etch, mould, build as he will:
to dress as he will.
4. Man has the right to love as he will:--

This one slaps me upside the head every time I get upset with illegal
immigration. Do they really have the right to come here? Are their
rights to move about the face of the earth superior to the authority of
the US government?

Sure do, and you have the right to go there.

... herein lies the problem. One the one hand is my acceptance of
someone's right to move as they will when my government - and many of my
fellow citizens - disagrees; on the other is their governments stance.
In both cases, we move at our own risk, which seems pretty obvious now
that I think about it.

Adding government to the list of natural dangers we face is probably
wise.

insanely, breed like rabbits, do they then have a right to overwhelm a
neighboring people by sheer weight of numbers? If so, does that
neighbor have a right to resist that influx; and, if so, by what means?

I think the subject is more complex than that. Historically in Egypt
when the liberal population welcomed swarms of Semetic people into
their land, they adopted Egyptian customs, names, and gods all as their
own. Only in later times were they associated as a single people,
Hebrews. At different times the leaders of these people were the
physical embodiment of Set and Apophis. This is the origin of the evil
nature of these gods. The king of Apophis at one point sent agents to
kill the Egyptian king, the living embodiment of Horus, and succeeded.
Every man and every women alive has the rights endowed in Liber Oz.
That does not give the actions and Will of everyone license to do
anything they want. When wills come into conflict, the greater of the
two will be victorious, "pity not the fallen". The immigrants are
following their Will to come here. If they succeed without an
opposition stronger than theirs, "success is thy proof." Is it YOUR
True Will to oppose theirs? Your life is not mine to speak for.
Silence is better than speaking overmuch.

Well, if those people have an land-based agricultural economy where
large families are an important piece of the picture - just like in
agricultural regions of the US like the Midwest are, or used to be - the
"breeding like rabbits" thing makes sense. If their government then
acts to re-distribute their small farm holdings to a relatively few
wealthy landowners, what do these people do? If their governments -
supported by US military aid - repeatedly runs rampant throughout the
country and chases the people out, what do these people do?

Fortunately, Liber OZ is pretty clear, IMO. It even makes it clear what
the rights of these people are if someone impedes their rights.

Liber OZ:

Many people do not want illegal immigration, U.S. law, and the new minute
men program reflects this. Many people want to come to the U.S. so they
can work to support their families, the illegal immigration situation
reflects this. It seems to me that a very generous workers permit would
help both in fulfilling their wills.

Andy, you're right of course, if we don't resist then we have no one to
