Thelemites use 93 as shorthand for the Thelemic greeting, "Do what thou
wilt shall be the whole of the Law."

The Law is Thelema (Greek for Will), and Thelema is equal to 93

the 93 93/93 at the bottom is "Love is the law, love under will." Love
is Agape in Greek and it also equals 93.
