Greetings!

I add this newsgroup today - The Proxy Report - in the hope that proxy
webmasters and users can all work together for mutual benefit, not only
announcing the latest proxies online, but also to discuss internet
privacy concerns, the latest developments in proxy technology, and the
growing concern around the world with governmental and corporate
firewalling.
