IMPORTANT ADVISORY MESSAGE- LAPD

There has been an increase of cars being broken into and motorcycles getting stolen in the Warner Center area at night.  Please let your residents know to not leave valuables in their vehicles and to secure their motorcycles.  It seems that suspects are targeting the garage openers in the vehicles and then using them to come back at a later time to break into more vehicles.  This would be a good time to add a security officer’s in the parking garages. I attached a newsletter documenting this information to this e-mail.

If you would like to follow the crime trends in the area refer to crimemapping.com or receive information about police activity in the area sign-up for NIXLE.com

Senior Lead Officer

Charles "Sean" Dinse #34920

Topanga Division
