Can anyone recommend a licensed plumber?

If anyone knows of a plumber that you can recommend, please let me know.

I've used him. He's great and reasonably price.

David Mora is who the HOA recommends and he is very affordable. We used him to replace our main valve since the HOA required a licenses plumber to do the work. (818) 339-7713.

We just called Wayne.

I don't think David Mora is a licensed plumber.  Is he?  He is contracted out by HOA to do all of there cleaning.  Mora Cleaning but HOA also uses them for repairs for The Met when HOA maintenance can't do it.  Maybe they are licensed?  We'll call David but we might prefer an outside vendor who is not associated with the HOA for the reasons we need a plumber this time.

HOA told me he was licensed. It wasn't a big job - something we could have done but HOA said we needed to use someone like him. if you have a pretty big job I would hire outside.

Thanks Brandy.  Oren and I were the ones that asked about a licensed plumber.  

We called Sherman (recommended by Cheryl) but he canceled 1 minute before our appointment time.  Said he was going to come the next hour but didn't and he also didn't call.  

We'll try Garrco Company.  Thanks everyone for your help.
