I will be teaching classes at the park or 1-on-1 in a couple of weeks. This will be one of a kind classes created on modified movements specifically created for weight loss, increasing speed/strength/stamina/agility and flexibility. No other training like it..

Wanted to edit the above message... I usually workout in the gym and practice my cardio routine. Many have come up to me and asked for training as it's unique and there's no other training like it. For now, I'm gathering students for a small class or I can train 1 on 1. Residents are free to meet me at the gym to discuss and/or view my training routine/approach. I'll be teaching in a couple of weeks.
