That is just an accent light, which has many colors and many setting and dimmable and don't have to use it at all if you don't want to. It's not a main light and is on it's own circuit. Come take a look some time when you have a minute.

you should get an agent and list it on MLS or put it on craigslist or westside rentals if you want to rent it out. Most people here are already living at the MET and probably wouldn't be looking to rent or buy.
