mailbox lock replacement

My mailbox lock just came out. It has been loose for a while and now it has come apart. Who fixes these? Is it the owner or the postal department? Should I ask the HOA office?

Its owner responsibility. 
I replaced mine. Easy to do.  (there are a few youtube videos you can follow)
You probably could buy it locally but I ordered mine on Amazon.

Unfortunately, the boxes belong to the complex, so it is the owner's responsibility.  My husband works for the post office.
