Dr. Indranill Basu Ray Editor-in-chief

Despite modern advances in medicine, COVID-19 has reported innumerable deaths. Thus hygiene, social distancing, and personal protective equipment are the only weapon to resist the COVID-19. This had led to the initiation of lockdown and people are experiencing anxiety, depression and panic attack due to job loss, financial insecurity and worries about inability to be with family.
A recent case in point is that of a Bollywood actor whose death is being ascribed to him being depressed. Experts say it can successfully be mitigated with the power of 'yoga'.
