Presentation List for Final G2 Review

BEHOLD!  The final presentation list.  Here is what we need from you right now and in the days ahead. 

Final Edit

By midnight tonight please review the information for your characters on both tabs of the attached spreadsheet.  Be on the look-out for minor copy-edits in addition to larger, substantive issues.  If everything looks good with your characters, please send me an email to confirm.  If you have minor questions or suggested edits, please send them to me in the body of an email.  If you have major concerns, I'm happy to chat over Google Hangout or cell.

The only thing that might change at this point is the order and dates of the Day 4 presentations.  These changes will be very minor.

Eric: Would you mind doing a sanity check for the McLaughlin and Keany entries?  Please note, you will be the POC for Keany.

Annie: Mind doing the same thing?  You will be the POC for McLaughlin.

Participant Follow-up

As soon as possible after the QMs disseminate the character list tomorrow, please email each of your respective participants and introduce yourself.  All communications with DVs should be routed via Mike.  If a DV is playing one of your characters, please draft language that Mike can pass along.

Library Books

In all the madness, Kelly and I forgot to ask the library to put books on reserve.  If you have copies of useful books, we recommend you hold on to them and loan them to participants or have participants secure copies themselves.  Sorry about this!
