Hey there G2,

Nice work today, as always.

Here's the way ahead:
- By Monday or Tuesday, at latest, please complete for you characters fields I, J, K and N (they are highlighted in a lovely shade of salmon). These do not need to be long descriptions. Just get the main ideas and feel free to copy and paste from your earlier templates.
- We may have some back and forth questions in the next week, so please be prepared to respond. We will meet with logistics on Wednesday to finalize what we provide to Matt and Jon. We will circulate to you the product to ensure that you are comfortable with the product before it goes final.
- The next hurdle will be character assignments. Once we have completed the information for the scouting trip, we will circulate a complete set of information on participants and character preferences. We will then meet again (late January, once we have Matt and Jon feedback) to match participants to characters.
- In the meantime, begin to collect the readings that you will recommend to support each of your characters.
- Separately, we'll continue to work on details with you individually on the lead up events.

Also, last round for beer title/flavor suggestions for homebrewing (Corey, you missed this chat over dinner, but we're ginning up suggestions of themed beers that homebrew can prepare for the launch event, for example Hopocalypse now). Please let us know in the next few days if any other strokes of brilliance come your way.

Thanks as always for your enthusiasm and hard work. Please let us know if you have any questions, concerns, suggestions with the way ahead.

Sincerely,
D&K
