Dearest G2,
Thank you for your hard work and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
Please find attached our proposed solution for the character lineups. Also, within the main folder of ISR2013 dropbox you can find the current updated synch matrix that we used to determine how many characters could fit into each location.
Miracle of miracles, we actually now have more presenters than presentations now. We have 47 presenters and 42 presentations. So we actually need to add some people. Given time constraints, we have determined that we can add one character to each dinner as well as add one character at the Cu Chi tunnels to what is currently on the spreadsheet. This leaves us one character short. One option is for Steph Papa not to present (she has offered) another if for one our your brilliant minds to determine when we can wedge an additional, compelling character into the current line-up.
We will see you tomrrow in Library room 7B. Our focus will be on finalizing the characters (we want your input on this proposal) and identifying presenters with characters, so as much as you can given this short notice, please line up your preferred presenters for each of your characters. As for questions, refining them will be homework for the Tuesday afternoon meeting. However, for your consideration while determining which characters are essential, we want to provide a little extra context on questions. These should be focused on addressing an area of tension, conflicting opinions/reality, etc.. The narrative can be used for description of events.
That's all. And again, thank you all.
Very sincerely,
D & K
