The 9th Annual Rocket City Short Film Festival is Saturday night starting at 7pm.

We have 20 short films, ranging from comedy, drama, documentary, horror and music videos.

Something for everyone. Admission is only $8

The show will be about 3 hours long and we'll show films with equivalent G or PG rating in the first half,

then take a 15 minute break then show those that are PG-13 and R equivalent rating.

Our judges have spoken and picked the winners of the juried competition - 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and an honorable mention.

But the contest is not over.  We still have the all important "Audience Favorite" award which includes a cash prize to your favorite filmmaker.  The film with the greatest applause wins.

Winners will be announced at the end of the festival.

And stick around to talk to the filmmakers after the show.  You might get the bug and be the winner at next year's all important !0th annual festival. 

Thanks for supporting Huntsville's premiere film festival - THE event for local and area filmmakers to show their films before a live studio audience.  We love the creative spirit and admire the work and care that goes into making a film.
