The Man in the Maze

Hello Film Co-op members, workshop participants and friends,

Mitesh Patel, one of our friends and workshop participants has been making his first feature length film "The Man in the Maze" in the woods and riverbank near near his home in Florence, AL.  Mitesh has assembled a truly international cast and crew and they've been working for just over three weeks and will complete principal photography in a few days.  Please enjoy reading about one of your fellow Alabama Filmmakers and his efforts to live out his dream.  Please share this e-mail with friends or family who may also be interested in this great story.

I was fortunate enough to be able to join them for a day earlier this week and took along my trusty Sony VX2000.  

I put together a short "behind the scenes" video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVmfDcro6Zw )  

as they were shooting a scene that takes place on the history Ghost Bridge on a cold and very foggy morning.  

Tentatively scheduled for August 2010 release, depending on the distribution channel, "The Man in the Maze" has a web site at themaninthemaze.net
