EALDC mailing list members are invited to join StartingBloc, a Social Innovation Fellowship program made up over 1500 global Fellows  who are pursuing social impact, as we mix, mingle and launch CANVAS—an art start-up led by StartingBloc Fellow, Alli McKee (LA '11). 

 

The event will provide access to a broad network of local social innovators and creative thinkers. We hope you will join us for BlocPartyIV, an evening that fuses art and innovation!

 

Tickets are $20 and include one drink on us to get the conversation flowing.

Maryland Emerging Arts Advocates Creative Conversation

Arts Enthusiasts age 40 and younger are encouraged to attend this launch event for the Emerging Arts Advocates (EAA) Professional Development and Networking Series, featuring Maryland State Delegate Heather Mizeur. Come learn how to put your personal and professional network to work for the arts in Maryland. EAA is an initiative of Maryland Citizens for the Arts, the statewide arts advocacy organization which has worked to increase public recognition and support of the Arts since 1977 (http://mdarts.org/).

EALDC Policies

Interested in seeing your event promoted in our newsletter? Email us with your event name, a 50 word description and a link for more information. Please write "EALDC Promotion" in the subject line. Events must be appropriate for young arts professionals and take place in the greater DC area. Information must be received no later than the 25th of the previous month for listing in the upcoming month's newsletter. Final listing is at the discretion of Emerging Arts Leaders DC.
