Creative Conversations
October (stay tuned for date and location)

Each October, as a part of National Arts & Humanities Month, EALDC partners with Americans for the Arts to host a Creative Conversation. These local gatherings of emerging leaders in communities across the country were started in 2004 and have convened thousands of arts leaders around a variety of topics. Past EALDC Creative Conversation topics have included "Is the 501(c)3 a Sustainable Model?" and "Diversifying Your Network".

NEWS

Rebranding

In March 2010, the Forum for Emerging Arts Professionals changed its name to Emerging Arts Leaders DC. This aligns us with the national Emerging Leaders network and allows us to be more immediately accessible to newcomers to the group. You'll notice that we've also adopted a new logo to go along with this name change. We'll be using both names and logos over the next few months as we make this transition, but please don't be confused - we are still the same group!
