One thing I have noticed about these cards is that one has to read them
from many different points of view: from evil people, countries, to
good people, The Hierophant, The Pythia, The Fool, The Hermit, The
Family of Man!
We all know about good people because that is what the bible is all
about good people or how to become a good person.
So lets talk about what is evil, The Seven of Stars, (The Rape of
Europe), brings up ideas and visions: Injustice, Captivity, Treason,
Back stabbing, Rule of barbarism, Violence, Oppression, Enslavement,
Concentration camps, Genocide, Shady business deals etc.
Isn't this what is going on now in our world. It is so clear an simple
how men do these things to one anther and women I might say too.
All we have to do is read a Newspaper to find these kinds of things. I
hope I do not have to go into detail?
The Five of Stars, (Last Judgment), it says catastrophe brought about
by human greed and stupidity. Everybody is going to lose and no one
will win. Is this too not what is going on in the world today.
One thing I find difficult about reading these cards is that the
history part of them. I had to read the old testament and several
other books to come to an understanding about the back ground of each
card and their symbols. This does take some time and knowledge.
About all one should have faith in the words not just look for simple
facts like in fundamentalism . Oh that could not be true.
One thing these cards have taught me is how to look at evil in the
world and point it out. They really have changed my life and made me a
more mature person with myself.
I hope you can take the time to discover things in these cards.
