The Full Moon Saloon - Tonight the
CTG music machine made its way down to the heart of Baltimore night
life and shared the stage with Yellow Number Five, a great
jam/blues/rock/reggae band
(complete
with steel drum), at the Full Moon Saloon. We want to say thanks to
Cory for helping set up this gig and to Brian and the Condiment Bag
Lady for coming down to listen. Mary did a great job singing harmonies for a number of songs that she knew and even a couple that she didn't - nice one!. But next time we'll have to keep vamping till you get those echoes down in Make It Plain. Then again, maybe next time I can pay more attention during rehearsal so I can stop asking "So Mary, what are we going to do next?" in between each song! I've also never played a show with a giant [were?]wolf behind me...have to tell you, it was a little intimidating. I kept feeling like prey. And nothing makes you jumpier than feeling like you're about to be eaten. But it made me a little twitchy and that kinda helps in strummin'. Maybe I'll add a monster or two to the walls of my office just to keep me on the edge of my seat and productive. Enough. See you in Buckhannon.
