The Alzheimer’s Association has created a fantastic, free, on-line resource for family members seeking care for their loved ones. The easy-to-read web pages provide helpful overviews of issues families face and care options available. The most valuable feature, called “Your Personal Care Finder,” asks you about your loved one’s specific needs, then offers suggestions on the type of care needed and questions to ask the care providers you interview. While designed for families caring for someone with Alzheimer’s, I can see how this might be very helpful to families caring for other older family members as well. Try this site out on behalf of someone you know who needs care right now.

Offering you helpful caregiving resources and
wishing you a wonderful weekend.
