Have you ever wanted to offer more help to a friend or family member than you could possibly provide yourself?  Or, have you ever tried to coordinate other people’s offers of assistance?  If so, you need to know about this new service.

 

Project Compassion, a non-profit organization that creates community and provides support for people with illness and their caregivers, has teamed up with Lotsa Helping Hands to provide an on-line volunteer coordination calendar for friends, families and neighbors to assist people in need. While designed to help families in crisis, this on-line calendar would also be a timesaving, supportive gift to those caring for someone over longer periods of time.
