AAA Radio Airplay Update + "A Taste of Triple A" Sampler

It's been awhile but wanted you to know that Jeff Merchant's "City
Makes No Sound" CD has been getting some good airplay lately on
Triple-A radio stations across the country thanks to Peter Hay of
TwinVision - www.twinvision.net.
("A Friend of Mine" and "Disturbance Call" are generally getting the
most play)
Here's Some Station Report Highlights:
~KFAI in Minn. MN - getting really good regular play there for many
weeks now
~KXCI in Tuscon AZ (one of the best stations with a great regional
audience and a good internet) is giving good airplay to "Seeing
Waterfalls"
~WWUH in W. Hartford CT - CD doing well right away
~Also getting good airplay from WAER in Syracuse NY, WUTC Chattanooga
TN, WRRW in Virginia Beach and KUNI in Cedar Falls IA
~Some AAA commercial stations are playing the CD as well such as KSMT
In Breckenridge CO, KDEC in Iowa, WOCM in Ocean City MD
~And locally in LA, KCRW has added the CD to their music library. It's
out in the new releases bin so you can actually call up the station
and request it

A Taste of Triple A
"A Friend of Mine" is one of the tracks on the "A Taste of Triple A"
April 2010 Sampler that goes out to radio stations and elsewhere.
The sampler features several well known artists including Jakob Dylan
(of the Wallflowers), 2/3 of the Dixie Chicks, Coco Montoya,
Cyril Neville (of the Neville Brothers) and more.
And Merchant also shares company on the Sampler with some great
Guest Musicians and Producers: Taj Mahal, Marshall Crenshaw,
Levon Helm, T Bone Burnett, Neko Case, Ian Hunter, Allen Toussaint,

It was 1 out of only 15 songs chosen - http://wfnx.com/
"Where's Phillip" was selected to be on The Night Owl Radio Show

"Na-Na 99 Cent Store" was recently picked to be "Track of the Week"
in a garageband.com song contest
